ENROLMENT POLICIES
TERM PAYMENTS
All group lesson fees are payable by the first lesson (this will receive the discounted rate for the term). All term fees must be completed by week 3 of the term, unless prior arrangements are made with the accounts team.
All Squads and Private lessons must be paid weekly at the time of the session, or in blocks in advance.
WET WEATHER
In the case of wet weather a text message will be sent to inform you of a cancelled lesson. If you don't receive a text you can assume lessons are going ahead (make sure we have up to date mobile contact details). In the event you assume it is cancelled due to wet weather and the lesson goes ahead, you will forfeit that lesson. In the event that any lesson is cancelled due to wet weather, a make-up lesson can be used.
ABSENT FROM LESSON - GROUP, SQUAD & PRIVATE
GROUP: Where a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, they are entitled to a make-up lesson however, must give notice by phone 3hrs prior to the lesson time to allow us to use this space to make up a lesson, otherwise that lesson may be forfeited. A no show and no contact will forfeit entitlement to a make-up lesson.
SQUADS / PRIVATE: Where a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, notice must be given. For after school lessons notification must be no later than 12pm on the lesson day. Morning lessons must give notice the prior day. This is to enable us to fill that time for the coach, and you will not be charged for this lesson. Where notice time is not given, the full lesson fee remains payable. In the case of a No-show with No notice, the full lesson fee remains payable.
*Please note due to staffing costs, Sunday lesson cancellation must be 24 hours prior to lesson time, otherwise full lesson fee remains payable.
MAKE-UP LESSON
Make up lessons can be arranged in the shop at the time of notifying us that you are unable to attend or at a later time. Make up lessons are automatically stored on the system and should be used in the same term, however, if this is not convenient, you may use these lessons in the following term and can be booked in once your full term fee for that term is paid.
*Please note non-attendance of group make-up lessons or private make-up lesson without notice as outlined above forfeits the make-up credit
PHOTOS
As part of coaching enrolment you agree to the use of any photos taken to be used in promotional advertising, website pictures, or other promotions. Please make sure you contact us to let us know if you do not agree to having pictures taken. Please email michael@elitetennisinternational.com
