Matt Deverson - Director of ETI
Tennis Australia Master Club Professional
VENUE MANAGER - SUNSHINE COAST REGIONAL TENNIS CENTRE - CALOUNDRA
Matt has been the Head Coach and Venue Manager of the Caloundra Tennis Centre since 2002. He is a former State & Nationally ranked player who due to a shoulder injury then decided to use his extensive playing experience to forge a very successful coaching career.
Matt has completed the Tennis Australia Master Club Professional course. Qualified also as a Sports Trainer which includes qualifications in Sport Psychology, Physical Fitness, Nutrition and Gym Programming further adds to Matt's wealth of knowledge and ability to develop and oversee some of Queensland and Australia's best young talent.
Matt is a registered Tennis Australia Hot Shots and Cardio Tennis Provider, and is recognised as a Tennis Australia Talent Development Coach. Matt is the driving force behind ETI's Elite Program, with tournament trips and player-evaluations all part of the experience. Matt is AASC qualified and delivers our Active After School Programs in various schools around Caloundra. In 2012 Matt was voted onto Tennis Queensland's Coaches Local Advisory Board and has overseen the completion of Caloundra's new 20 court Regional Centre. Matt is also heavily involved in the Region as a current member of the Sunshine Coast Regional Tennis Assembly Junior Committee and is the Current Coach of the Sunshine Coast JDS Rep Team. Matt is also a QLD State Teams Selector.
Michael Poulos - Director of ETI

VENUE MANAGER - SUNSHINE COAST REGIONAL TENNIS CENTRE - CALOUNDRA
Michael was the owner/director and head coach of Complete Tennis, one of Australia's largest tennis providers, comprising of Wollongong, Bowral and Moss Vale Tennis Centres in NSW since 1993. In 2016, Mick made the move to QLD to become a valuable business partner in Elite Tennis International.
Michael has completed the Tennis Australia Club Professional course and has extensive coaching and playing experience with players of all levels. Mick was voted NSW coach of the month in 2010, and elected to the NSW Local Advisory Board in 2011.
Michael is a registered Tennis Australia Hot Shots and Cardio Tennis Provider, and is fully comitted to ETI's extensive Tennis in Schools program.
Michael has a wealth of tennis knowledge that he brings to ETI and our students.
Andrew Steffen
Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach
ASSISTANT COACH
Andrew started with ETI with our January Holiday Clinic in 2021 and has become a valuable member of ETI's full-time coaching staff. Andrew has coaching experience around the world and coaches all standards of players specialising in hitting sessions for all levels.
Joe Flannery
Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach
ASSISTANT COACH / COMPETITION ADMINISTRATOR
Joe is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach. Joe has been with ETI since January 2018. With a work ethic second to none, Joe is a fantastic coach and popular role model for all here at ETI.
Joe coaches all standards of players and also specialises in hitting sessions for all levels.
Joe's favourite hobby is finding reserves every week for Fast4!
Stephen Harris

Stephen is a fully qualified Tennis Coach. Stephen joined ETI Team in February 2024. With a fantastic work ethic , Stephen is a great coach and popular role model for all here at ETI.
Stephen coaches all standards of players and also specialises in hitting sessions for all levels.
You can also find Stephen behind the counter in the pro-shop on various days through the week.
Jarod Sargent
Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach

Jarod is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach, with his infectious enthusiasm, he loves being around the game of tennis. His friendliness in tennis clinics, group lessons and in the Pro-Shop is first class.
His one true love is Roger Federer, just don't mention the name Djokovic!!
Radek Dunka
International Level 3 Coach Czech Republic
ASSISTANT COACH
Radek is a fully qualified Level 3 Coach, with his professional friendly approach to teaching, he is popular with all his students & parents.
He also cooks a mean roast duck for the crew on Fast4 nights. He an be found competing on court in our weekly Div 1 FAST4 comps.
Diego Ward

Diego is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach and is a welcome addition to our coaching team in 2022.
A people's person, who loves time on the court with the juniors, Diego's enthusiasm shines through to all.
You will probably hear Diego coming before you catch his bright yellow power car!

Franz Reiher

When Franz is on the Pro-Shop roster, things will get done with his conscientious and hard working attitude.
You will see Franz's smiling face in the Pro-Shop most days, and competing on court in our weekly Singles Comp and FAST4 nights.
Franz is also our resident IT Guru and manages our website
Nikki Drew
PRO-SHOP MANAGER
You will see Nikki in the Pro-shop in the afternoons keeping all the coaches in line and ensuring our customer service remains at the highest level. Nikki is also the backbone to our catering during all our tournaments here at Caloundra.
Milly Bonassi
PRO-SHOP STAFF
You will see Milly in the Pro-shop on a Friday afternoon helping Joe with the busy Friday Matchplay customers.
You will see Milly's smiling face competing on court in our weekly Singles Comp and Div 1 FAST4 nights.
