Matt Deverson - Director of ETI

VENUE MANAGER - SUNSHINE COAST REGIONAL TENNIS CENTRE - CALOUNDRA
Matt has been the Head Coach and Venue Manager of the Caloundra Tennis Centre since 2002. He is a former State & Nationally ranked player who due to a shoulder injury then decided to use his extensive playing experience to forge a very successful coaching career.
Matt has completed the Tennis Australia Master Club Professional course. Qualified also as a Sports Trainer which includes qualifications in Sport Psychology, Physical Fitness, Nutrition and Gym Programming further adds to Matt's wealth of knowledge and ability to develop and oversee some of Qld's and Australia's best young talent.
Matt is a Tennis Australia Cardio Tennis Provider, Tennis Australia registered ANZ Hot Shots Deliverer and is recognised as a Tennis Australia Talent Development Coach. Matt is the driving force behind ETI's Elite Program, with tournament trips and player-evaluations all part of the program. Matt is AASC qualified and delivers our Active After School Programs in various schools around Caloundra. In 2012 Matt was voted onto Tennis Qld's Coaches Local Advisory Board and has overseen the completion of Caloundra's new 20 court Regional Centre. Matt is also heavily involved in the Region as a current member of the Sunshine Coast Regional Tennis Assembly Junior Committee and is the Current Coach of the Sunshine Coast JDS Rep Team. Matt is also a QLD State Teams Selector.

Mick was the owner/director and head coach of Complete Tennis, one of Australia's largest tennis providers, comprising of Wollongong, Bowral and Moss Vale Tennis Centres in NSW since 1993. In 2016, Mick made the move to QLD to become a valuable business partner in Elite Tennis International.
Mick has completed the Tennis Australia Club Professional course and has extensive coaching and playing experience with players of all levels. Mick was voted NSW coach of the month in 2010, and elected to the NSW Local Advisory Board in 2011.
Mick is a Tennis Australia Cardio Tennis Provider, Tennis Australia registered ANZ Hot Shots Deliverer and is fully comitted to Elite Tennis International's extensive Tennis in Schools program.
Mick has a wealth of tennis knowledge that he brings to ETI and our students.

FULL TIME COACH
Andy started with ETI with our January clinic 2021 and has become a valuable member of ETI's full-time coaching staff. Andy has coaching experience around the world and coaches all standards of players specialising in hitting sessions for all levels.
JOE FLANNERY
Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach
ASSISTANT COACH / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Joe is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach. Joe has been with ETI since January 2018, with a work ethic second to none. Joe is a fantastic coach and popular role model for all here at ETI.
Joe coaches all standards of players and also specialises in hitting sessions for all levels.
Joe's favourite hobby is finding reserves every week for Fast4!
JAROD SARGENT
Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach

Jarod is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach, with his infectious enthusiasm, loves being around the game of tennis. His friendliness in tennis clinics, group lessons and in the Pro-Shop is first class.
His one true love is Roger Federer. Don't mention the name-Djokovic!!
FRANZ REIHER
PRO-SHOP STAFF / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
When Franz is on the Pro-Shop roster, things will get done.
Franz is a conscientious and hard working member of our team.
You will see Franz's smiling face at the Pro-Shop most days and he competes in Tuesday singles comps and Fast4 on Thursday nights.
DIEGO WARD

Diego is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach and is a welcome addition to our coaching team in 2022.
A people's person, who loves time on the court with the juniors, Diego's enthusiasm shines through to all.
You will either see Diego in his bright yellow ETI shirt, or his bright yellow power car!

Alex is a fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach and is a welcome addition to our coaching team in 2022.
Alex is the king of the kid's, with a joyful manner who care about his lessons shines through.
Alex and family have been an institution at the club for years and we are thrilled to have him as part of the ETI coaching team.
