PARK Caloundra x Earthletica Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. The Promotion
This promotion ("Giveaway") is conducted by PARK Caloundra ("Promoter") in partnership with Earthletica.

2. Promotional Period
Entries open 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and close 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees (and their immediate families) of PARK Caloundra and Earthletica are not eligible to enter.
By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements above.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

Complete the entry form at www.elitetennisinternational.com/win-with-earthletica, providing full name, email address, and Instagram handle, and consenting to be added to the Earthletica mailing list; and
Follow @earthletica on Instagram.
Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be eligible to go into the draw.

5. Bonus Entry
Entrants who also book and complete a court hire at PARK Caloundra between 1–31 July 2026 will receive one additional entry into the draw, doubling their chances of winning. The bonus entry is optional and is not required to enter the Giveaway.

6. Collection and Use of Personal Information
By completing the entry form and ticking the mailing list consent box, you consent to PARK Caloundra providing your name and email address to Earthletica, who will add you to their mailing list and use it to verify your entry.
Personal information collected through this Giveaway will be used by the Promoter and Earthletica only for the purposes of conducting the Giveaway, verifying entries, and (where consented to) email marketing.
Entrants may unsubscribe from Earthletica's mailing list at any time.
7. The Prize
One winner will receive a free Earthletica Serve Active Dress or Serve Zip Top of the winners choice.
The prize includes domestic shipping within Australia to the winner's preferred address.
Approximate retail value of the prize: $129 - $227.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
All eligible entries will be verified against the requirements in Section 4 before the draw.
The winner will be drawn at random from all verified eligible entries on Monday, 3 August 2026.
The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry, within 2 business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it becomes necessary to do so, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Earthletica exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
